How to Find Wholesalers for eBay!

There are some wholesalers out there that cater to eBay sellers exclusively. And there are even books about it (below) that have lists of companies that sell wholesale, do drop-shipping and more. You have to be careful when dealing with them because they know what you are doing, so they tend to have higher prices than others. I think some of the best ways to find wholesalers for eBay is to go there in person. Sometimes the best niches are found in the most unlikely places. I had my best luck at a local discount store. Bailey's is the kind of store that literally sells anything, and you can find great deals there. They didn't offer shipping on single items, but they did on skids. I'd shop around and buy one of each item I thought was worth a try. Then, when one sells on eBay, I relist it and go buy another one. Then, I talked to the owner and asked about buying in bulk. He made me a good offer on skids.

If you Google Skid Returns, Wholesale Pallets, K-Mart or Wal-Mart returns, etc, you can find deals on skids (also known as pallets), you will find a ton of wholesalers that are just trying to liquidate a bunch of surplus goods. You can deal with them over the phone and the internet, and there are a lot of them in the books below. But I still think you are better off in person, at any store that sells general merchandise. Of course, the problem with this technique is that you have to spend time visiting the stores, asking the owners for a deal (if you buy by the skid), and sometimes put some money down on it. What I did on many occassions was, I'd take pictures of their skids and just list them on eBay. When they sold, I'd go pay for them using my eBay buyers' money.

You can learn eBay the old-fashioned way, through trial and error, or you can learn from the pros, and copy other, successful eBay Powersellers. You can make money by applying some simple Proven Principals.
